What’s going on — I’m Richard, founder of Richsofit Training. I’ve been helping men and women lose fat, build muscle, and stay consistent for over a decade. @Eric Henry if there’s one thing that I can stress to you cousin. Take your health serious. No matter how GREAT you are, you can’t sustain it without a good bill of health. This is the time to start cementing habits for your future. Small steps is all it takes.
