Where are you forcing results instead of allowing real growth?
Most people don’t struggle because they lack motivation. They struggle because they’re trying to force results instead of allowing real growth to happen. I’ve watched it for 19+ years as a coach, and I’ve lived it personally. Someone wants to be “summer-ready,” or look great for a vacation, or fit into an outfit for an event. So they push hard, restrict everything, sprint toward a deadline… and yes, sometimes they get quick results. But quick results rarely lead to lasting results and more often than not, the weight comes back and if not more. The cycle repeats. The frustration grows. The belief in themselves drops. Forced results are temporary. Real growth is sustainable. Real growth comes from consistency. From building habits you can live with. From eating in a way that supports your life and not battles it. From training in a way that strengthens your body instead of draining it. From seeing fitness as a lifestyle, not a season. If you feel like you’ve been forcing it… that’s your signal. Not to quit, but to shift. Shift toward steady, realistic progress. Shift toward mastering your habits. Shift toward the version of you that doesn’t have to “start over” every few months. My goal as a coach is simple: Help you build a lifestyle that keeps you in your best shape year-round, without extremes, without burnout, and without the guilt that comes from slipping back into old patterns. So ask yourself today: Where am I forcing results—and what small step can I take to allow real growth instead? That answer is where your long-term transformation begins. If you want guidance, structure, and accountability to build something sustainable, just reply back. I’m here to help you do this the right way.

I’d like to force being a millionaire however I don’t know a way to force that other than luck and winning a lotto lol. Many are forcing weight loss with the new weight management drugs. A complete lifestyle change needs to accompany that or it will be temporary along with the many negative side effects. I try to force resolutions to issues when I know only time and a complete understanding needs to happen. A knee jerk reaction to an issue may not allow the best solution to surface.
Food for Thought Thursday
When was the last time you faced a challenge and figured it out, even when you had no idea where to start?

It can be part of everyday. A challenge such as one that puts one at a standstill is a way to reach deep beyond a persons comfort zone. A person won’t grow without these types of situations. I love the challenges. I love it when I need to “figure it out”!
🌅 The Power of the First Hour — Set the Tone for Success
I’ll be honest — I don’t always nail my mornings. There are days I wake up, hit snooze, grab my phone, and start reacting to the world instead of leading my day. And every time that happens, I can feel the difference. My energy, focus, and mindset just feel… off. But when I own that first hour — everything shifts. The first 60 minutes after you wake up have the power to shape your entire day. That’s why I’ve been working hard to build my Morning Ritual — not for perfection, but for progress. Here’s what I’ve been focusing on lately 👇 🧘‍♂️ Mindset First — No phone. Just breathe, pray, or reflect on gratitude. 📓 Set Intentions — Write down 3 wins I’m going to create today. 💪 Move Your Body — Even 10 minutes of movement wakes up the mind. 💧 Hydrate & Fuel — Coffee’s great, but water comes first. 🎧 Feed the Mind — A few pages of a book or a short podcast to inspire growth. The goal isn’t to have a perfect morning…It’s to own your morning more often than you don’t. Because when you win the first hour — the rest of the day follows your lead. 💭 I’d love to hear from you — what’s one thing you do (or want to start doing) in your first hour that helps you feel in control of your day?

I have always believed to wake with a good mindset. I think that starts when you go to bed! An hour to get your mind right feels right and is what it takes me. The movement thing is spot on. I work from home so I need to get out first. I change it up at times just to move I might wash the car, workout, hit the grocery store. Anything to get moving. I am then ready for the computer work.
What Excuses are you making for yourself?
So I always tell myself and my clients "Your excuses might be legit, but they do you no fucking good". I am making this post because I am guilty of this just as bad as the next person. I am not a coach because I am perfect, I am a coach first and foremost because I can relate to people. Here is a quick video to get you thinking!! Let's keep it real, what excuses do you need to overcome/stop making for yourself? Comment down below! https://youtu.be/wnHW6o8WMas

@Loretta Acosta agree with you on that one…as if no one else is tired in the world lol. It’s an easy one right? I do know that once I get to the gym when I am “tired” my positivity and energy become lit! I leave wonder why I doubted myself. Starts a day off well.
Believe It To Achieve It!
It all starts with belief. Belief is the very foundation of what ultimately colors our thoughts and determines our subsequent actions. What we believe shapes what we attempt—and what we achieve. But why is it still so hard?🤔 Changing deep-rooted beliefs can feel like turning a semi-truck. It's a slow, gradual, and awkward process, but eventually, progress is made.🚛 🚛 At their core, beliefs are learned patterns that can be reprogrammed (much like habits).🧩 Even if it seems impossible right now, they can change with patience, effort, and a commitment to nurturing the new belief. What does this look like? 😞 Limiting Beliefs: - “I’m not a morning person.” - “I’m just not athletic.” - “Healthy food is boring.” 😀 Empowering Beliefs: - “I’m the type of person who shows up.” - “I’m becoming stronger every day.” - “Healthy food is powerful, not plain.” Challenging and replacing your limiting beliefs with empowering ones requires self-awareness and consistent effort. Like any new habit, slipping into old patterns is normal at first, but with consistency, it happens less often, and soon your new belief becomes second nature. If you believe something is impossible, you won’t try to make it happen—but when you shift that belief, you open the door to new ideas, solutions, and growth.🙌 In her book "Everything Is Figureoutable," author Marie Forleo states, "Your beliefs are the master commanders of your behavior and outcomes. You cannot change what you do not believe you can change." If you want to change an area of your life, start by examining the underlying beliefs that drive your current habits. In the end, you've got to believe it to achieve it.

I have always believed I could do many things, the fear of failure looms and haunts many people, even myself at times. The three negative statements listed above are heard all the time and I smh thinking it’s so easy to say you can’t than it is to make a plan to change a negative belief into a possible outcome of reality and say you can. It’s not easy to believe in something one has never done. It’s easy to continue with the same reasons why one won’t do anything to change it.
