One of my favorite habits especially with sketch books is layer drawings and art over everything, there's something about it that just brings so much satisfaction to my brain, I feel like it brings less tension drawing this way, at least for me that is. Not focusing on the proportions, not trying to make it look perfect, but still being happy with it because it looks so cool in the end. I've been struggling artistically to get back to a spot where I feel confident in my art and am in control, I tend to fight a loosing battle with frustration in myself due to seeing my art progression from three years ago to now. I look back on my old art wondering what happened, my artistic skill has drained and most importantly/worst of all my artistic desire has drained. Im finding my way tho little by little, trying to get back in the groove of things ! Anyways here's some of my recent-ish sketch book messes :] lmk what helps you with finding desire in creation again, thank you !
