We are a work in progress! It was almost enjoyable being in public spaces, out of our fully fenced in yard on leash, working.

I have trained with Dakota but we can't seem to get past Day 2 training. He keeps grabbing the leash. I stop and have him drop it, I've also just turned in the other direction to have him drop it and follow, I've done a quick yank on his chain, and I've also stepped on the line working my way up to where he has it captured. I've gone back over the training videos to see if I've missed anything as well. He is a good boy and very chill, until he gets outside...lol. If anyone has any ideas to share I would be grateful :-)

Completed a 30 min & a 15 min training walk today with Blue & I’d say it went well with steady improvement! Haven’t figured out how to video ourselves, but there is progress!

This is our second time through this level one class and it is helpful to hear things again. I’m hearing more and we are doing better.
