A Quiet Realization Today
I had a moment earlier where I just sat still and let myself notice how different I feel these days. Not because of anything dramatic that happened, but because of the quiet ways this life keeps reshaping me. Living out of Mani, moving through unfamiliar places, trusting my own timing (it asks you to meet yourself honestly), without distractions. Today I realized how long it’s been since I’ve given myself the space to actually hear my own thoughts rather than rush past them. There’s a kind of clarity that only shows up when you slow down long enough to recognize what’s been waiting for you. It made me wonder how many of us are carrying things that don’t belong to us anymore, expectations, old identities, roles we've outgrown but keep wearing because they feel familiar. What’s something you’ve recently realized about yourself now that you’re in a different season of life? No pressure, even a single sentence is enough.💙

@Patty Palmer, I love this for you. It makes me think about how I have recently recognized, acknowledged, and agreed to do something about being out of control with managing my boundaries. And, also @Debra Scott mentioning to use “no.” I am a work in progress on this, but I now quickly run a boundary filter on things that are presented to me and use the power of “no” more appropriately and frequently. It is freeing me to be me.

Hi, I am in Arlington, Virginia. I have travelled Europe and South America. I have always desired to be a nomad traveling in a RV motorhome and now I am seriously considering moving abroad and haven't settled on a location just yet.
