Nobody Is Coming To Save You, Build The Life You Want
One of the hardest but most important lessons in business and life is realizing that nobody is coming to save you. Nobody is going to hand you financial freedom. Nobody is going to magically create opportunities for you. Nobody is going to build your future on your behalf. At some point, you have to take responsibility for the direction of your life. That means making decisions when you’re uncertain. Taking action when you don’t feel fully ready. Continuing when things get difficult and uncomfortable. Most people stay stuck waiting for the “right time” while years pass by. The people who create success aren’t always the smartest or most talented… They’re usually the ones willing to keep moving forward despite fear, setbacks, and self-doubt. You don’t need to have everything figured out today. But you do need to start building. Building your mindset. Building your network. Building your skills. Building your future. Because the life you want is rarely built by accident. Interested to hear.. what’s one action you know you need to take right now that could move your life or business forward?

Totally get this. I've finally realised that I need to make a change and put the work in myself to learn a new way to the lifestyle I want. What I've been brought up to do hasn't worked (and never will). No one else can change my life but me.
Success Story of Asad 🔥
🚀 From Homelessness to His First Property Deal Massive respect to Asad. This is exactly why community, mentorship, and taking action matters. Asad is a GP based in North West London, but his journey started far from easy. After being displaced by war in Congo and later facing homelessness in the UK, he studied medicine while living in a hostel. Most people would’ve let those experiences break them… but he used them as fuel. He first found me online, attended a webinar/preview event, then committed to the 3 Day Property Millionaire Bootcamp before joining the Inner Circle last November. What pushed him to join wasn’t greed… it was security. Even with a strong career, he still felt financial pressure, lacked time freedom, and wanted something scalable that could protect his family and create long-term stability. He also wanted to help others avoid going through what he experienced himself. In less than 8 weeks, he secured his first Rent-to-Rent deal with projected profits between £7,200–£12,000 per year 👏 But more importantly… he’s gained confidence, clarity, momentum, and peace of mind for his wife and child. Now he’s building towards 4–5 properties within the next year and creating opportunities through networking and staying close to the community. Big respect also to Phil for guiding him along the way, and massive congratulations to you Asad 👊 Community… what’s your biggest takeaway from Asad’s story? And if you’re sitting on the fence right now, what’s actually stopping you from taking action?

So amazing to read this. I'm constantly amazed by the journey and action these people are taking to turn their lives around. Xx
The Circle of Wealth Starts With One Decision
One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned over the years is that wealth isn’t built by chance. It’s built by getting into the right rooms, around the right people, and following the right process. Most people spend years chasing money, but money is often the result of becoming the person who can create value, solve problems, and take action consistently. That's why we talk so much about the Circle of Wealth. It starts with education, then action, then results. Those results create confidence. Confidence creates bigger opportunities. Bigger opportunities create wealth. And the cycle continues. What I love about Assets for Life is seeing people at every stage of that journey. Some members are taking their very first steps. Others are completing deals, building portfolios, raising finance, and creating freedom for their families. The path may look different for everyone, but the process remains the same. The transition from where you are today to where you want to be tomorrow doesn't happen overnight. It happens by making a decision to invest in yourself, learn from those who have already done it, and surround yourself with people who are moving in the same direction. If you haven't yet attended one of our webinars or bootcamps, make it a priority. Not because it will magically change your life, but because it could be the moment that gives you the knowledge, connections, and belief to take your next step. Success leaves clues. The question is: are you putting yourself in the rooms where those clues are shared? I'd love to know..where are you currently on your property journey, and what's the next milestone you're working towards? Let us know below. 👇

I'm right at the beginning of my journey and hoping to secure my first deal within the next 2 months. I'm getting to grips with the AFL platforms and trying to educate myself strategically and efficiently. I'm at the point of having to start taking real action which is scary but so exciting. Its been wonderful meeting people with the same interest and passion to succeed after spending far too long alongside people that lack that kind od drive. In complete honesty, the bottom line for me (rightly or wrongly) is money BUT I can already see this being the start of changing my life mentally which makes it so much more important for me. I'm learning more than property strategies and its invaluable work that I can also pass down to my children for them to learn how to create and manage a better lifestyle than I have experienced. #waffleover 😂🙈
Professional Indemnity / Public Liability insurance
Hi all! First time asking for advice here. Apologies if the information is elsewhere, I am still getting to grips with the platforms and information that is provided (there's so much 😁). I am starting out focusing on R2RSA/HMO. Rob has recommended on the zoom webinar using a broker to get the insurances for my company together. Could anyone recommended a particular broker that you have used at all? I was going to use Google but would much prefer a recommendation from you guys :-). Thanks in advance ☺️

@Calandra Lindsey thanks Calandra, currently no deal from me though my plan is to change that answer within the next couple of weeks. There is one I had my eye on but until I am fully covered with the necessary legals in place I didn't want to act on it. Sadly that let has been agreed but I will be sure to still keep my eye on it and others of course.
AFL ACADEMY DAY - Powerful Rooms, Real Progress
Nearly 100 AFL Academy members joined us at the Holiday Inn Brentwood and the energy in the room was spot on. We started with Express Mortgages & Insurance, breaking down the different types of mortgages available for your deals and the insurances you need in place. Solid, practical knowledge everyone can use straight away. We then split into 4 rooms based on experience level, so everyone got the right level of support, whether you’re just getting started or already doing deals. In the afternoon, our mentors Tom Mills, Rob Mason, Tanner Hicks, and the Dobsons led sessions on their specialist strategies, sharing real insights and what’s actually working right now. Big congratulations to the whole team and every single person who showed up 👏 These days only work because people turn up, get involved, and take action. That’s what makes this community different. 👉 It’s not just about property 👉 It’s about people and real progress If you were there… what was your biggest takeaway?
