Here tonight is because it’s usually caused by blunt or a penetrating trauma. Presents as severe pain, rigid bored, like abdomen, rebound tenderness, fever, and tachycardia.
CPAP
My understanding of CPAP is you never set PEEP over 10 cmH2O. Is this correct.?

Me too, I missed a question on another app. The correct answer was using CPAP and PEEP of 15 cmH2O. Quickly imitated that choice because of the setting.
