@Steve Luiting So cool! 2017 was like a peak for VR - I built a couple of small worlds that were similar to what you put together here. Yes, the 360 video works great - it's such an immersive format - I love the little balls of reality that you can jump into - such a wild and trippy interface! I just saw the other day how they're now making drones with the 360 interface - the editing on these things was always so painful - you can get away with it in DaVinci Resolve, but the native apps that came with like the insta360 and so forth were the only ways I could get these videos stitched together right. With the size of the video files, it basically forced you to do a one-shot every time. 🀣 Here's that A1 Antigravity 360 drone video: https://youtu.be/ZpF6IE0rdxA Basically the power of a drone with the ability to post edit the 360 video into 1080p. Fun stuff!

@Shane McGrath I coded that all in Grock build ~ it started as a notebookLM deep dive into some aspects of flag font suppression and picked up the missile command fron my childhood from there. 🀣 I've been making web pages for 25+ years and it's amazing how easy grok build makes it to embed images as data and that entire thing is rendered as a single HTML file through Netlify. It was super fun to figure out that infinite video generation routine with Grok build (at least of the degree that I have figured it out) and to use ffmpeg to edit the final audio onto the file. I'm super supportive of the effort to democratize content production tools - that's an enormous market and projects like your descript clone are super powerful in this regard! For the code that produced the visuals that anchored that podcast from notebooklm, I think I over engineered it and for my next version I'm going to try to break out some of the functions so that I can control the flow between them a little better. Basically I had a lot of trouble figuring out a solid loop between Grok's imagine function and the logic loop that used the transcript to auto generate a new prompt for every 10 seconds of video, and then takes the last frame of that 10 seconds of video and use it as the first frame in the next 10 seconds - essentially producing that flow effect where you get many minutes of continuous and spontaneous image generation. Saw some projects on x that did similar, like this one: https://x.com/i/status/2017492393478774909
America
FUCK YEAH! We wouldn't have AI tools without the work done here to develop computers, systems, machine learning, and on and on and on. While we may not always be perfect, one can not question the impact this country has had on the technological footprint of mankind. Get out there today, wave a flag, blow up some shit with firecrackers, and just take a second to be happy for our country being started 250 years ago
