Sending highly personalized emails to every lead takes time, but I want to increase speed and outreach. Would it be better to: 1.⁠ ⁠Use a semi-personalized template and send it to a smaller group of leads while still delivering free value (something Tyson has mentioned before), or 2.⁠ ⁠Focus on sending a higher volume of Instagram DMs to reach more people overall? The first approach is slower but more personalized. The second reaches more people but with less depth. Which strategy would you recommend?

It’s really crazy how i have 12 HOT LEADS and couldn’t get a single client I’m stuck whether I should 100% focus on hot leads or keep finding new ones I would love to hear some suggestions from y’all

if I'm sending free value (outreach) should I write a full 3-5 email sequence to each lead or just 1-2 emails if I'm doing the 1st I'm outreaching to way less prospects if 2nd I'm outreaching to more prospects but the value is same for both
