Do you start to seeding your garden inside to get seedlings started while its still a bit cooler outside? Do you have a small greenhouse to help them along? Growing your own food cuts down on the amount of time you spend at the grocer. Knowing you grew your own gives you a sense of peace. Working with the ground is very relaxing too. Getting dirty is very grounding.

Yes working with your hands while gardening is form of grounding. No gloves. Get dirty. Be one with the earth. Don’t worry about the dirt under your nails, just soak your hands in warm water. This is part of being healthy. Walk near foot too. Use copper to get grounded while outside walking. Marie is the best remedy for most ailments.
