My second intro I have so much to share my life has been a journey.. Hello everyone! My name is Renee, and I'm honored to be part of this community. Before starting my medical transportation company, I owned a personal care home for disabled veterans in Dublin, Georgia. As a fellow veteran, it was one of the greatest honors of my life to serve those who had served our country. I knew that once a veteran came through my doors, they would be safe, respected, and cared for like family. I poured everything I had into those homes. I made sure they were clean, welcoming, well-maintained, and that every veteran had good meals, transportation, activities, and the dignity they deserved. I invested every dollar I had because I believed in the mission. The challenge wasn't my passion—it was funding. At the time, I simply didn't know what I didn't know about building a sustainable business and securing the resources needed to keep serving. Today, I'm retired from the military, but my heart is still with our veterans. That's why I joined this university. I'm here to gain the knowledge, resources, and connections that will help me reopen my doors and once again provide a home where veterans can thrive—one veteran at a time. I truly believe my best chapter is still ahead. Blessings are on the way, and I'm excited to learn from each of you along this journey. Hooah!!!!

Congratulations! To the veteran she has a key, and a roof over her head; now someone has to check in with her from time to time make sure she's of good sound mind and body..Being homeless can leave invisible scars like the wars have left many of us🥀🌻

Love to Learn!!
Hello, My name is Sharon Hill, and I am interested in learning more about how I can provide housing for veterans in my city. I have been a Therapeutic Foster Parent for the past 18 years, dedicating my life to helping individuals and families in need. I am also a published author, having co-authored my first book alongside 13 other women. Last November, our book was featured on a billboard in Times Square, New York City. Our group leader honored us with a Red Carpet event and presented each author with a certificate of achievement. Helping others reach their goals has always been a passion of mine. In addition, I have successfully operated three Airbnb properties for the past four years and currently serve as a property manager. These experiences have given me valuable skills in housing management, guest relations, and property operations. I wear many hats, but I truly enjoy what I do. I am blessed to have a strong support system and a team that assists me in serving others. I would appreciate any information you can provide regarding opportunities to house and support veterans in my community. Thank you for your time and consideration. Sincerely, Sharon Hill
