I figured with the sales going on I will purchase. Has anyone done the 10 day protocol? Also what is the proper dose?

Goal Met!!!
I just wanted to share some good news. Today I weighed myself, and after 7 years of battling with my weight. I have officially met my goal weight. I am actually 1 lb under. 🎉I have lost a total of 92 lb., It took me over 4 years to lose 31 lb, s and I would always see the scale creep back up. All the blood work, tests, etc... showed nothing is wrong. The doctors at one point said to me, "Maybe what you are recording in MFP isn't really what you are shoving in your mouth." Yes, those were the exact words my doctor of 15 years used with me. I was never overweight while under her care, and she knew that. Well, once I had my hysterectomy, that was it. The weight just kept piling on. I went to her feeling like a complete failure, begging her for help, and that is how she spoke to me. All I kept being told was that it's part of us being a woman and our bodies getting older, hormones, etc... I call BS on that. That is when I really started digging into everything I could and tried everything I could try. I was taking my health into my own hands. I was not going to let another doctor tell me I was lying about all the hard work I was doing. Weighing my food, keeping track of my macros, walking 40-60 miles a WEEK. (and to no avail) So, I started my Reta/HRT journey about 15 months ago. In the last 15 months, I have lost 61lbs, bringing me to just under my goal weight. I could not be happier. I will continue to learn and grow and always listen to my gut and MY body. I am so happy to have found this community. I look forward to learning and evolving with all you beautiful ladies. 💜 Here's to NEVER giving up.

Just starting my journey with peptides in my 50’s. I went through breast cancer and that seemed to take a lot from me 5 years
