Live Session 2 Recording: From Idea to AI Workflow
Today we connected the 3 main parts of this community: AI Agents: when a system needs reasoning and tool use Automations: when repeated steps should run automatically Vibe Coding: when you need an app, dashboard, or simple interface The main lesson: Do not start with the tool. Start with the workflow. Instead of asking: โ€œShould I use n8n, Cursor, CrewAI, or Claude Code?โ€ Ask: What repetitive process do I want to improve? In the session, we covered: 1. Automation vs AI agents vs vibe-coded apps 2. How to turn an idea into version 1 3. The 9-question AI Workflow Planning Template 4. Examples like student support, lead follow-up, content repurposing, and code review Your task this week: Post one workflow idea using this format: My AI Workflow Idea: [Name] 1. Problem: 2. User: 3. Trigger: 4. Input: 5. Automation: 6. AI role: 7. App/dashboard: 8. Output: 9. Human review: I will review selected ideas and suggest the best build path. What workflow do you want to build first?

I missed this one, I will join next week.
AI Workflow Planning Template
Most people get stuck because they start building too fast. They open Cursor, Claude Code, n8n, Make, or Pythonโ€ฆ But they have no clear workflow. So todayโ€™s resource is simple: Use this template before building any AI agent, automation, or vibe-coded app. AI Workflow Planning Template Answer these 9 questions: 1. What problem am I solving? 2. Who will use this? 3. What triggers the workflow? 4. What input does it receive? 5. What should happen automatically? 6. Where does AI help? 7. Does it need a dashboard or app? 8. What output should it produce? 9. When should a human review it? Example Workflow: Student support assistant Trigger: Student asks a question Input: Question + course module name Automation: Save the question and notify instructor AI: Draft a helpful answer App: Simple dashboard for open questions Human review: Before final reply This can become: An automation. An AI agent. A small vibe-coded tool. Or all three together. That is how real AI workflows are built. Not by chasing tools. By designing the workflow first. Your turn Copy the 9 questions and answer them for your own idea. Post your answers below. I will review some of them and suggest the best build path: agent, automation, or vibe-coded app.

These 9 questions simplify the whole process and honestly save a lot of time
๐Ÿš€ NEW COURSE DROPPED: CrewAI - Build Real Multi-Agent Systems
Just published the full free CrewAI course inside the community. This isn't a "hello world agent" walkthrough. You build five real projects from scratch: 1. Startup Idea Evaluator. 3 agents that decide ship, revise, or kill. 2. Sales Prospect Researcher. Agents with live web search that write real outreach briefs. 3. AI Tool Recommender. Structured outputs, hierarchical delegation, memory, and a custom tool that pings your phone. 4. Coder Agent. Writes Python AND runs it inside a Docker sandbox. 5. Engineering Team. Lead, backend, frontend, and tester collaborating to ship a working app with tests. You'll also learn the stuff most CrewAI tutorials skip: YAML configs, Pydantic schemas, manager agents, LiteLLM model switching, and honest comparisons against OpenAI Agents SDK. Prerequisite: basic Python. That's it. Head to the Classroom tab and start with Lecture 1. Drop your questions in the CrewAI thread as you go. I'll be in there answering. Let's build. ๐Ÿ› ๏ธ https://www.skool.com/ai-agents-automatin-vibecoding/classroom/5c63391c?md=191a229ab930448ea041729db5f1ac50

AUTOMATION - Claude Routines!!
So I've Built The Complete Guide On How To Set Up Your First One ๐ŸŽ So I've created a very in-depth guide showing how to turn Claude into a fully automated assistant that runs your tasks while you sleep. What's in the guide: -> What Is Claude Routines -> Why It Matters (and Who It's For) -> How to Access and Enable Routines -> The Interface Walkthrough -> Core Capabilities and Triggers -> Setting Up Your First Routine โ€” Step by Step -> Scheduling Options (Daily, Weekly, On-Demand, Event-Based) -> Connecting Routines to Your MCPs and Tools -> Prompting Best Practices for Recurring Tasks -> Chaining Multiple Routines Together -> Monitoring, Logs, and Debugging -> Handling Failures and Retries -> Use Cases by Role (Founders, Devs, Marketers, Ops) -> 10 Ready-to-Steal Routine Templates -> Enterprise Best Practices -> Known Limitations and Workarounds -> Governance, Security and Admin Controls -> Cost Management and Token Budgeting -> Frequently Asked Questions -> Glossary

Claude + Blender + ๐Ÿ’ฐ
Someone just connected Claude directly to Blender. You can now build complex 3D models just by typing a text prompt. No design degree. No years of tutorials. No technical skills. Just describe what you want โ€” and the AI builds it. This is one of the biggest opportunities in the creator economy right now, and most people haven't noticed it yet. So here's the full breakdown of how to start making money with it today.
