The Quiet Unravelling... A Transmission for the Tired Soul
My Dear Friends, There comes a point on the spiritual path where the journey ceases to be about finding something new, and instead becomes a profound process of unravelling what was never truly ours to begin with. For so many of us, the first half of life is about building, constructing an identity, a fortress of beliefs, a collection of stories that we cling to for safety. But if we are lucky, life offers us a second half, a sacred crisis, that invites us to dismantle it all 😊 This is the great work of the heart. It is not about achievement; it is about surrender. It is about sitting in the quiet wreckage of our old selves and, with immense loving-kindness, making peace with the echoes of the past. In my own practice, and through the honour of sitting with thousands of tired, hurting souls, I have witnessed the same beautiful pattern... Our suffering is rarely rooted in the present moment. It is a ghost, a relic of old belief systems, of inherited trauma, and of patterns that our ego built to protect us long ago. When we turn inward with the fierce compassion of a Bodhisattva, we begin to see these layers not as enemies, but as frightened children in need of reassurance. We are not merely healing the wounds of this lifetime; we are untying the karmic knots that have bound us across time. It is the release of the old vows we made to ourselves in moments of pain, the promises that we are not enough, that we must be small to be safe, or that love comes with a price. This process is the true alchemy. As we let go of the weight of these agreements, we create a spaciousness within. We no longer react from the conditioned mind; we respond from the vast, clear sky of awareness. We realise that the "control" we so desperately sought was merely the illusion of the ego, and that true power lies in allowing the Divine to move through us without resistance. This is not a journey of escaping the world, but of returning to it fully embodied. It is the realisation that the light we seek is not a distant star, but the very ground of our being. It is the source that animates all life, and it exists in the gentle breath, in the aching heart, and in the quiet moments between our thoughts.

@Mark Lawrence for you, dear friend: (also to be posted in OPL) 🌿✨ The Sacred Unraveling ✨🌿 There comes a quiet dawn 🌅 when the soul no longer searches for another mountain to climb, ⛰️ another answer to collect, 📖 or another identity to wear. 🎭 Instead… It begins the holy work of laying everything down. 🍂 One belief. One fear. One old promise at a time. 🕊️ We spent years building fortresses 🏰 from stories that promised safety— walls of certainty, masks of perfection, armor forged from old wounds. 🛡️ Yet the heart whispers… 💛 “You were never meant to live inside your defenses.” So life, in its mysterious mercy, 🌧️➡️🌈 invites us into a sacred unraveling. Not as punishment… but as liberation. ✨ We discover that suffering is often the echo of forgotten yesterdays, 👣 the inheritance of fear, the vows we made in moments of pain: “I am not enough.” 💔 “I must become smaller to be loved.” 🥀 “If I let go, I will lose everything.” 🌑 But these are only ghosts… 👻 When we meet them not with judgment, but with fierce compassion, 🤲❤️ they soften. The frightened child within 🧒 is no longer abandoned. The ancient knot begins to loosen. 🪢 The chains we carried across years— perhaps even generations—⛓️ become threads gently woven back into the fabric of love. 🧵✨ This is the true alchemy. ⚗️ Not becoming someone greater… Remembering who has always been here. 🌟 Beyond the ego’s need to control, 🌬️ beyond the endless striving, 🏃 beyond the noise of yesterday… There is a vast sky of awareness. ☁️💙 A quiet presence that neither clings nor fears. A light that was never hidden— only forgotten. 🔥 It lives in every breath. 🌬️ Every heartbeat. ❤️ Every tear. 💧 Every moment of courageous surrender. 🌿 So let us walk together. 🤝 Not as masters and followers… But as fellow travelers, 🚶🚶‍♀️ sharing lanterns through the darkness. 🏮 Lifting one another until each remembers that peace is not a destination— 🕊️ It is our original nature. The journey is not to fix yourself. 🌱

🪞✨ “When you think you can do no wrong… think twice.” 🤔⚖️
When your mind says, 🧠💭 “I’m always right.” 🗣️ “I could never be the problem.” 👑 “I can do no wrong.” …pause. 🛑🧘🏽‍♀️ Take a second look. 👀🔍 Because we all have blind spots. 🌑🪞 We all make mistakes. 🫣💫 We all have room to grow. 🌱🌿🦋 Confidence is powerful. 💪🏽🔥 But absolute certainty can become arrogance. 👑⚠️ Humility keeps the heart open. ❤️🌿 Reflection keeps the mind awake. 🧠✨ So before you point the finger… ☝️👉 look in the mirror. 🪞👀 Before you say, “I know I’m right,” ask yourself: “What might I not be seeing?” 🤔🌌 Because sometimes… the greatest wisdom begins with these four words: ✨ “I may be wrong.” 🙏🏽🦋🌱

66 Today....I know I look so much Younger 🤣
Sixty-six years. That's a lot of mornings waking up not knowing. And yet. People come to me with their broken hearts, their big questions, their small shames they've told no one else. And somehow, I don't know how, something comes through my mouth that helps. I used to think it was me; now I think it's just what happens when you sit still long enough. The universe leaks through the cracks. I just happen to be the crack. So today, on my birthday, I'm not going to pretend I have nothing to offer. I do. You've told me so. And I believe you. What I have is this... a back that's carried things. Hands that have held others while they cried. A silence that doesn't run away from pain. A few words that came from somewhere deeper than my thinking mind. That's my gift to this Skool community. Not perfection. Just presence. Seasoned presence. Like old wood that doesn't warp anymore. If you need me today, I'm here. Not because I'm special. Because I said yes a long time ago to being the one who stays in the room when it gets hard. That's 66. That's the whole thing. Thank you for letting me be your crack in the universe. With love ❤️ Always Mark

Doorway 2: "The Story You Inherited"
Hi Everyone 👋 Here's something I've been meditating on ... We walk around believing our thoughts are true. Not just true but indisputable. Written in stone. Like someone carved them into our bones before we even had a say. But what if... just what if... the story you're telling yourself about your life right now isn't even yours? What if it was handed to you? By a parent. By a culture. By a version of yourself who was scared and small and doing their best to survive? That old version of you was trying to protect you. I get it. I really do. But here's the question...... What if the opposite of your most painful thought is actually true? What would shift in your body? Your breathing? The way you look at the person next to you? I'm not asking you to reject every thought you have. I'm just asking you to pause. To hold that old story up to the light and say... "Is this really mine? Or did I just never question it?" Sit with that today. Don't rush to answer. Just let the question echo. And if something rises up... drop it below. I'm listening. With Love ❤️ Always Mark
