Hello Dr, I’m Rehana. I live in Tanzania, but I’m originally from Hyderabad, India. I joined this group because I have mild proteinuria and want to learn more about keeping my kidneys healthy. One thing that would really help me feel better is getting more clarity and reliable guidance on how to control proteinuria and manage kidney-related diseases—especially since social media is full of misleading videos.
