I almost deleted 4,300 emails last month.
I have 4,300 emails on my list that haven't opened anything in over two months. I used to feel guilty about that. Like I wasted the ad money getting them there in the first place. Then I found out those are the easiest people to make money from. Not the fresh leads. Not the new traffic. The ones sitting in the graveyard folder you're scared to touch because you think they'll unsubscribe if you email them again. They won't. They just need a reason. I'm not pitching a course. I'm not pitching the secret. I'm looking for 1, maybe 2 business owners with a list like that, sitting untouched, who want to run a short test and actually see what's in there. You don't pay me anything upfront. I don't touch a cent until you get paid first. If it doesn't work in the first week, we shut it down, no hard feelings. If you've got a list like that and you're curious what's actually in it, reply "YES" below. Reetesh ~

If you say my traffic, I walk away.
Here's why. Traffic means you see human beings as numbers on a spreadsheet. People smell that a mile away. When you treat your list like a math problem, you end up burning it down with aggressive pitches. All while leaving mid-five figures sitting idle in your CRM. But when a creator fiercely protects "my people"? That’s a goldmine. You don't have to push them into buying. You just present low-friction opportunities and let them raise their hands. Take a $700k course creator I know. He had 15,000 dormant leads gathering dust because he refused to use gross "bro-marketing" tactics. He didn't want to sound like a needy salesperson. I told him: "Good. Don't. Instead of pitching, we ran a tiny 2-email hand-raiser. The email didn't link to a long sales page. It just said: Hey, putting together a private doc showing how we solved [Problem] without ad spend. The willing raised their hands. Zero pressure. We found mid-five figures on his kitchen table in 48 hours. Selling shouldn't feel like a hostage negotiation. Let's just invite people who actually want help. If you're crossing $500k+ with old segments sitting quiet, we handle the execution. Pure performance split. Comment "PLAN" below. I'll send the exact breakdown. Cheers, Reetesh-

If you say my traffic, I walk away.
I know it’s a bit unusual to share this publicly, but I’m going for it...
Lately, I’ve been analyzing webinar funnels and email lists, and some of the "standard" stats out there are frankly painful to see from a direct response perspective. I want to get a pulse on where everyone is actually at. Be honest with me: 👉 What is the size of your total email list? 👉 How many of those are actual buyers? 👉 What is your conversion rate when selling through webinars or email? No pitches here, I’m just trying to map out current market realities. Drop your data in the comments. I’m looking for a clear picture of the landscape right now. (And honestly, if you think your numbers are "embarrassing," those are the insights I’m most curious about.) Cheers, Reetesh-

Compete on Value, Not Guesswork.
The market is shifting fast, and outdated strategies will cost you dearly. Those who dominate are making data-driven moves, not guessing. If you want to transition from chasing small wins to commanding five-figure contracts, you need to implement systems that scale. The framework to do exactly that is ready. Cheers, Reetesh -

Actual CLOSING Rate?
To the high-ticket webinar hosts in the room: I have a serious question for you 👇 Between the slide deck creation, the heavy promotion, and the live delivery, you pour a massive amount of effort into your webinars. But when the dust settles, what does your actual CLOSING rate look like? Let me know in the comments below 👇 ✅ What is the total size of your email list? ✅ How many registrants do you get vs. live attendees? ✅ What is the purchase rate among those who actually attend? ✅ What is your total buyer list size (including repeat clients)? I’m asking because the data reveals a goldmine that most people are completely overlooking. No sales pitch here I just want to see the numbers. Share your stats below (ballpark figures are fine) 👇 Cheers, Reetesh-
