Welcome team. Today is about showing up with intention. Question: What is one thing you want to prove to yourself during this challenge? End your comment with your I AM statement. Example: “I AM showing up for myself.”
Stop Speaking Harshly to Yourself
An act of kindness towards yourself is changing the way you speak to yourself. You would not talk to someone you love the way you sometimes talk to yourself. Today, replace “I am failing” with “I am learning. ”Replace “I am behind” with “I am still moving. ”Replace “I am weak” with “I am human.” I AM LEARNING TO SPEAK LIFE OVER MYSELF. CTA: Comment LIFE if you are choosing kinder words today.

You must be around to hear me scold myself, for scolding myself🤣🤣🤣 We forget the impact of our words
🙏🏾 Thankful Thursday: Gratitude Changes Everything
“Sometimes the greatest blessing is realizing you survived what once felt impossible.” There was a version of you that didn’t know how things would work out, yet here you are. Growth often hides inside the hardest seasons of life. The struggles you once questioned may have been shaping your strength, patience, and perspective all along. Gratitude isn’t pretending life is perfect — it’s recognizing the beauty that still exists while you continue evolving. What’s one challenge you went through that ultimately made you stronger? @Tamzyn Wegrostek Very well said. People have a habit of reminding me where I could be, or what I could've had...But Tamzyn, I wouldn't have been able to put my head down in peace and sleep at night... I need to know if anything happens .... I've tried to leave this world in a better space with how I cared for my fellow man.

@Barry Schutte It again brings to mind, how diamonds are formed"
PANIC DOES NOT MEAN YOU ARE WEAK
Panic can feel like your body has turned against you. Your heart races. Your chest feels tight. Your breathing changes. Your mind starts running ahead. And suddenly, even a normal moment can feel unsafe. But panic is not proof that you are broken. Sometimes your body is trying to protect you from a threat that may not be present anymore. Sometimes your nervous system is overloaded. Sometimes you have been carrying too much for too long, and your body finally says, “I can’t keep holding this silently.” So before you shame yourself, pause. Put your feet on the floor. Breathe out slowly. Name what you can see. Remind yourself: “This is panic. It feels scary, but it will pass.” You are not your panic. You are not your fear. You are not weak because your body is overwhelmed. You are learning how to come back to safety. One breath. One moment. One step at a time.
@Tamzyn Wegrostek I'm always amazed how we are so hard and harsh on ourselves.
One Step Still Counts
Do not despise the small step. The small step is still movement. The small step is still obedience. The small step is still proof that you have not given up. You may not be where you want to be yet, but you are not where you were. Keep moving. Ps.. Think of Dory in Nemo.... "Just keep swimming, Just keep swimming, swimming, swimming..."
