😘 Welcome to Dance23! 🙋♀️ This community is for women 45+ who want to reconnect with their bodies and dance their way to confidence (and joy). 🤩 I wanted to create a space where we can come together, share our experiences, and support each other on our dance journeys. 🙅♀️ I know life gets busy—work, family, elderly parents, and a million other responsibilities. Sometimes, it’s just easier to sit on the couch. 😿 Many of us over 45 feel like we don’t have the time, find exercise boring, or simply don’t feel motivated by the gym anymore. 💋 Let’s kick things off by sharing what you’re hoping to gain from this community!
