i am building a really good CRM system but i had to upgrade to Claude MAX ($200). more on this to come. cause i believe, CRM is the heart of your business.

i am sorry guys, i was not too active here recently. i am back!!! and i plan to stay back. WHAT HAPPENED - a few weeks ago, i saw a read dip in OVERALL conversion rate in my free community - Community Builders HQ - it used to be really good - around 15-24% - then it dropped to below 5% I ASKED CLAUDE - we worked on improving to the About page: the cover, the short description, the About page description - we set up Notion page with starting numbers and agreed to check in 2 weeks - we debated a bit if i should change all elements at once and Claude convinced me to do so (i was not sure) TODAY WAS 7-DAY MARK - i am an impatience person - so, i asked Claude to check the numbers CLAUDE told me, what CLAUDE has been telling me all along: - "The real finding: your "conversion problem" was mostly an illusion." - "Stop treating the blended conversion rate as your KPI — it measures the composition of your traffic, not the quality of your page." anyway. the moral of the story - Claude is really good. i keep going. questions? ⬇️ btw since i am back and i will start sharing cool things here, i am turning this community into $7/m to enjoy growth boost and get more ppl in to keep me motivated - everybody wins 😎

my mind was blown away today, again. about what Cowork can do for you. i started with a Heath Tracker/Food diary update - cause i got tired of logging my food and drinks. my coach asked me to send photos of food and drink to him. but it felt awkward so, when i woke up this morning, i thought - what if: - i send those pictures to myself in WhatsApp (you can do that) - and ask Cowork to fill in my Health tracker/Food journal it worked. so now, i send pictures of what i eat and drink to myself in WhatsApp and at the end of the day Claude Cowork completes my daily journal. there are few things to take into account.. - if you want exact amount, measure and add them as description to pictures - give instructions to what time to log it - few more instructions on how to treat the same items - and maybe few more IMPORTANT: create a skill that will capture all the little details you want Claude to take into account. ps i actually just used the same concept for my Skool tracker and now it will be completed automatically. and more than that, it will send me a report every morning on yesterday's results 🤩🤯 more on this tomorrow pss can you guess, who is typing to send me the message? tip = not me ⬇️

ppl often ask me "why do you use Notion"? to be honest, it was a love at first sight. the first time i saw and tried it, it just clicked. reflecting back, here are the 3 reasons i still love it & use it today: - the flexibility and customization. when i use a tool and something just does not work the way i want it to work, i get frustrated pretty quickly. in Notion, i can make it look and work exactly the way i like it. it's huge one for me. i think my ADHD brain loves this one as well 🧠 for example, i tried multiple task management/to-do list apps, and i just could not find one that would have all those features that i need. - all-in-one-place. Notion can cover 80% or more of all systems i need for both business and personal life. being digital minimalist and a productivity coach, i value ability to have LESS tools. i try to resist introducing a new tool in my toolbox because of the learning curve to learn & get used to a new app/tool, switching time to jump between the apps and potential connectivity/compatibility issues. - finally, they keep improving it with new features (e.g. Calendar, AI, agents) and integrations with other tools. it's a tool that gets better and better. i am super excited to help you fall in love/using this amazing tool 😍

i was getting Cowork to work on my finances for 1H of 2026. it's a heavy duty task, so i ran out of credits. it's a bummer. but ... the credit reset was 1.5 hours away. so, i waited (that's duh). but i also wrote a prompt = what i wanted Claude to do, while it was still fresh on my mind and put the timer on for the credit re-set times. ❓do you run out of credits with AI often ❓are you using free, pro or max plan for Claude
