Feeling hurt, Almost Crushed& looking for connection
For the past days I have been absent from skool, life has been happening to me. I had a difficult time and I was down. I helped someone and in returned I was assaulted. I felt so hurt and almost crushed. Have you ever experienced this? Ever helped someone and they later turn on you? How did you manage? share with us, am I alone?

You are definitely not alone, Charity. This has happened to me more times than I can count, and the most painful ones came from family, the people you’d least expect to hurt you. It cuts so much deeper when it’s someone close. What I’ve learned over time is that helping others says everything about your heart, and their betrayal says everything about theirs. Don’t let their actions change who you are. Keep your head up, heal at your own pace, and know that your kindness is still a strength, not a weakness. 💚

@Charity Nyazondo that list of people you stayed for — that’s not weakness. That’s your heart telling you exactly who you are. The ones who hurt us rarely see what we carry. But the people we show up for every day do. Hold onto that. 🤍
help always comes
I am struggling with my finances, but my children are giving me support. sometimes all you need is love. my 10-year-old son just encouraged me to post something today.he always checks on my progress. who supports you in difficult times? say something because he is going to ask me about my progress. do you often have someone supporting you?

This is so touching. Your son sounds incredibly caring and wise for his age. In difficult times, having love and support from family can mean everything. Keep going — you’re stronger than you think, and your children are clearly proud of you. Wishing you brighter days ahead ❤️ My husband and my 16 year old son are my biggest supporters, I’m grateful!
