The Medicine of Opposites - Ayurveda Mini Lesson ☯️
One of the most powerful things to remember about Ayurveda and making decisions about your health is implementing the power of the opposites. Here are some examples: 🤯If you've been feeling the wild intensity of this Full Moon Eclipse, and have noticed some spaciness, restlessness or anxiety, or haven't been sleeping well and overall are feeling overwhelmed -- then a soothing, slow, and grounding morning practice is exactly what you need. Try a 15-minute yin yoga practice and a slow, steady pranayama meditation to start your day. (Addressing a Vata imbalance) 😔If you're feeling the "winter blues" and are having a hard time climbing out of bed, have been sleeping 9+ hours a night or take naps frequently, feel lethargic and unmotivated and maybe even depressed, then a "breath of fire" practice and an invigorating exercise routine and (maybe even some coffee) in the morning is the medicine you need. (Addressing a Kapha imbalance) 😡Say you've been overworking, feeling more angry, "intense", or judgmental than normal and have a short fuse, then you'll want to calm and cool things down in the evening by reserving work/exercise for earlier in the day, drink rose petal tea, and practice sitali breath to cool and and collect yourself before winding down. (Addressing a Pitta imbalance) This also goes for diet, your environment, and your daily routine. Do you see why the power of the opposites are so crucial in Ayurveda? --> I'm curious, out of the three, which resonates with you most right now, and what are some "opposite" remedies you can try to balance things out? Tell me below. 👇 P.S. Holistic Support Q&A is next Wednesday the 18th (link in calendar!)

Tarot Tuesday: Shedding our Final Skins
https://rss.com/podcasts/earth-intuitive/2533999 Hi loves! This Tarot Tuesday is a special one as it is also the first episode of my brand new podcast: Earth Intuitive! (Click the link above to listen and you can open wherever you normally listen to your podcasts). This short episode dives into an oracle reading about how to navigate through the final remaining days of our Snake Year. We explore: - How far we've come and how close we are to deep change and transformation. - What attachments do we need to let go of (past and future) to receive what's truly meant for us? - A look at the hero's/heroine's journey. - An uplifting reminder of where we're headed after the deep work we've done these past few years. Episode #2 is coming out shortly and dives into how Astrology and Ayurveda can shape how we plan our weeks and 24-hour day cycle -- a complete rebellion from the normal 9-to-5 grind that follows Nature's lead. Subscribe wherever you listen to podcasts! 🎙️ xo Brittany

This is SO timely - thank you so much for sharing it. And in the animal world, the hawks message is to step back and look at the big picture.

Introducing: Mindful Movement 🧘
We have a weekly Tarot practice that involves more of the mind/subconscious. Now, I'm offering an additional practice every week that involves the BODY: the sacred gateway to release, intelligence, and healing. This short yoga/somatic practice is for all levels and helps you start your day on the right foot. It's also great for mid or end of day to wind down. Let me know your thoughts - I will be adding this into a class library that's available for free. xo Brittany

Energy Call tomorrow cancelled 🌀
Hi loves, Wow what an initiation this new year has been already. I’ve been deep in the trenches working through a chronic health issue and have had to cancel everything I had planned today and tomorrow to rest. I am safe and won’t go into details, but am in need to fully fast, rest, and recover. I will share more about this soon if you’re curious (because we’re all on our own journeys and hearing each others stories can be so transformative and healing), and am excited to start fresh on our Feb call next month. 🔥 I have a feeling a lot of lessons, growth, and deep transformation is coming from this. Business as usual will return Monday - on if we have a scheduled call! I so look forward to connecting with you all soon. And if you ever wanna chat 1-1 (about anything) DM me! Sending you so much love and here’s to the healing power of 2026. 💕 Brittany

🎧 Mini Pod: "The Season of Slower Urgency"
Hi friends, I don't know about you, but I love me a good podcast or voice memo. While I don't have a podcast {yet} 😉 I will be sharing short snippets of my thoughts through voice memos on these so-called "mini pods". Today's inquiry is: how can we let go of the need to keep pushing forward in a season where we're meant to be still, slow down, and integrate? LMK your thoughts below.

Love this - thank you. Just hearing "its time to slow down . . . let it rest for now" is so freeing. The 'permission' to rest is sometimes what I need to hear to take a look at the non-stop pace I've been on for SOOO long.
