The return on this property will be from $24k to $88k. .46 acres of untouched fabric inside a finished community with a private eighty five-acre lake, a swimming pool, a sand beach, a rentable lodge, a members-only campground, a dog park, and four miles of shoreline that no member of the public may set foot on. The land is very nearly free relative to what stands on it. Homes at Heritage Lake sold at a median of $242,355 in the three months ending May 2026, with a median of $152 per square foot.
