I’ve handed my notice in at work today, been putting it off! I’m in maternity and setting up my coaching business, have had the courage to put my face on social media this last week and nearly filled my first group programme I am running (ok, it’s free, but I’m stoked anyway!) I learned that I get in my own way more than I realise 😆
