@Christine Shaw my mother-in-law didn't even able me into her kitchen to talk to her while she cooked until we were married for 11 years. But it was more her talking to me... But it wasn't until year 18 that we started to develop some kind of odd relationship... much more friendly. I wish I could tell you you I had some great breakthrough with her that caused us to be closer... but really it didn't start until after I had lost quite a bit of weight. Shallow yes... but I guess that is what it took for her. What is your mother-in-laws hang up with you?

Storms in life...
❄️❄️🌀❄️❄️🌀❄️❄️ This weeks huge winter storm reminds me of Life & Marital storms which can ...... ❄️Sometimes be hard because you're shoveling ❄️Sometimes be less difficult because of a snowblower ❄️Sometimes be easy because someone came & snow plowed for you. But it cost you something generally In the end a path was cleared & a way was made. God is the way maker, miracle worker, promise keeper 🧐🤔😏

My life storm is picking up. Though my husband and I just celebrated 20 years of marriage we are struggling still. I think he thinks that mile stone should make all of our problems go away but they're not. I wish I could just snap my fingers and it be that way but... well maybe it's me that's the one struggling in this. He seems blissfully ignorant... what to do with a man you love that has no reason to change because he knows you're not going anywhere? He's one that takes one step forward so you think things are getting better and changing but as soon as he knows you notice he takes 2 steps back. I pray everyday.

Happy Tuesday!!!
Happy Tuesday, ladies! I’ve been really thinking about the people that Jesus healed, set free, and delivered. A lot of of them were pressing into him, and he never really searched them out. So my question to you today is how much are you pressing in to get what you need from Jesus? How is your daily reading habits, how is your daily worship (this is what breaks down walls we can’t touch), your prayer?! And I’m not just talking about religious acts, I’m talking about desperation! Ugly crying in the car as you worship! Just a reminder to look back on “The Daily 5 for a Faith Filled Wife”. Don’t lose track of those!

@Cheryl McLeod I'm with you... I've got the worship and prayer down... but I am not good at reading the word, like you I don't understand what I'm reading. My church uses the KJV version and I support that, I just need help with it. @Krissy I will look into what you're suggesting in the classroom... Thanks for that.
