Hello, could you please do a step by step tutorial on how to use Zillow to find the value of a home? In my area inventory is low so it starts to get tricky finding comparable homes in the area or how much value should I add when comparing a home with different features. Also, can I ask a listing agent to show me their comps so I can compare with my comps? TIA

Does being a DIY buyer really cause the listing agent double the work?
I hear agents saying having to deal with a diy buyer is frustrating and double the amount of work. Is this true? Also curious how you feel about agents charging a percentage 1-3% if they have to work with one. Thanks in advance.

I live in a HCOL area and itβs a hot sellers market. Iβve thought about starting my own marketing campaign to find a home. Iβm using local FB groups, nextdoor, and will try local Reddit groups. Realtor will tell me Iβm wasting my time but Iβve gotten some leads this way. Remember, there is always an untapped market that exists somewhere. I plan on using Zillow to write notes directly to owners and look into expired listing. Itβs a lot of work. Inventory is low, no one wants to move. Hoping something changes with this market.
