We've generated 27 leads from ads at a cpl of $21. Conversion to discovery call is running at 34%. Plus 4 discoveries booked from LinkedIn direct messages using Expandi. 12 discoveries booked at cost per discovery at $110. 4/4 attended so far, previously had a 60% no show. 100% BAMFAMd to business case / proposal meeting. Had first one today which we won. CAC running at $54.. but don't think that will last. Under $4k leaves a solid return for us. Been a great help @Gavin Tye !
FG/SG model
Hi all, had a crack at putting together some content breaking out the problem, why it's important and how we can address it, with a ROI example. There are 6 pages after the back page.. which I orginally had in the document but felt long. Should I include them? I have a few other ideas of how to express the FG/SG dynamic, will iterate on those tomorrow. Any feedback is welcome. It's hard pulling out of the weeds when so close to the problem, hopefully it makes sense.
