Sonnet 5 just dropped.
What do you guys think about Sonnet 5? Good for every day use or Opus is still the default pick?

@Ahmad Khan I am using it for daily tasks, nothing complex. Overall it's been fine, similar to the last Sonnet 4.6 version in my opinion.

@Gavin B I agree
Did the context window on Sonnet get longer?
It used to be 200K tokens and now it appears to be 1M. Not sure if it's a glitch in my Claude Code.

Why US and UK Clients Ignore You
They get 50 cold messages a day. You sound like all of them. Here's how to not sound like you're selling. Most outreach opens with "I help businesses grow with X." Every single competitor of yours says some version of this. The client's brain doesn't even register it anymore. It's noise. What actually gets read sounds like a person who noticed something specific about their business. Not generic compliments. Something real. "Saw you're still doing manual follow-ups on your listings page" works better than "I help real estate agents grow." One is a person who looked. The other is a template. I learned this after months of generic openers getting ignored. The moment I switched to mentioning something specific I'd actually noticed, replies started coming in. You don't need a better offer. You need to stop sounding like everyone else's offer. Before sending the next message, ask yourself whether this exact line can be sent to literally anyone in this niche? If yes, rewrite it.

🚀New Video: Planning In Claude Code Just Got a Huge Upgrade
Claude Code just dropped a hidden feature called Ultraplan. Instead of planning locally in your terminal, it sends your planning session to the cloud where multiple agents running Opus 4.6 work in parallel to build a much deeper, more structured plan. In this video, I break down how it works, run a side-by-side test building the same dashboard with local plan vs Ultraplan, and show you the speed and quality differences. I also dig into the technical details, including the multi-agent architecture, token usage, and what you need to know before trying it.
