This is important for YOUR Avatar - attracting those that want : need what you have. -These are different people than the reg Skool traffic. -Most skool traffic joins because of you and not necessarily cuz of your about page. -So the about page should be clear, straightforward and outcome revealing. -What type of community - is it niched? Is it broad niched or very niched down? Is it a brand? Example w my community - the tribe is a brand community. If community is very niched so it’s essential to incorporate appropriate key words. Key words used strategically on all platforms and also in the names… -How big do you want it? Ways to monetize it and stricture premium offer. -Make the premium offer pop!!! -Differences (big) w Andrew who is also a cook. Not same niche even tho it seems like it at first! -Very niched is good as it will attract what you want and will be profitable however you need to be responsible with your attraction - CLARITY - you attract your people, the right people. -Then clarity on what kind of community and how big and how do you work w your clients. -Are you giving too much for free and that creates disbalance of your energy distribution!? -Example - someone w 300 people doesn’t want more, makes $25k a month and serves them well. She doesn’t want more than 300. -It’s straight paid. -If keeping freemium…. -How much to offer in the free space vs in the paid space. No spreading thin as this leads to overwhelm and that’s a choice. -About page and photos. This messaging is mostly for new to Skool people.

This woman somehow took the 47 tabs open in my brain and made everything feel SIMPLE. 😂 I’ve had a lot going on lately. Like...a lot a lot. My mom is sick. My dad isn’t doing great. My husband has been going through his own stuff. Today is his 50th birthday and he’s working out of town. I’ve been dealing with a hand injury since March. And somewhere in the middle of all of that, I started slipping back into some of my own limiting beliefs. I wasn’t feeling my community anymore. It wasn’t that it wasn’t doing well. It WAS. But I wasn’t feeling drawn to it anymore, and I couldn’t figure out what the hell was wrong. And honestly, Skool had started feeling different to me too. When I first got here, it felt like this giant playground of people teaching cool shit, building things, sharing ideas, and connecting. Lately, everywhere I look it feels like — Learn AI. Grow your community. Get more views. Get more members. Convert people to premium. Optimize this. Monetize that. And I was just like..I don’t fucking care. 😂 I want to CREATE. I want to cook. I want to teach. I want to help people. I want to build cool shit. I want to have FUN doing it. And then I got on this call with Ro. She didn’t give me some magical 37-step business strategy. She listened. She asked questions. She pointed out REAL things that I couldn’t see because I was standing too close to my own life. And one by one I kept having these little WHAT THE FCK. THAT’S IT. moments. 🤯😂 Things that had felt complicated suddenly weren’t complicated at all. And when we got off that call? I moved. Immediately. I made the post about changing my community name. I bought the website. I secured YouTube and Pinterest. I started putting the pieces together. Not because somebody told me I needed a better funnel or more conversions or some fancy strategy. because I felt excited again. And THAT is priceless. But here’s the part that really got me. I interrupt people. 😂 It’s not because I’m not listening. My brain just runs approximately 900 miles an hour, and someone will say something and my brain screams, “SAY THE THING RIGHT NOW OR WE WILL NEVER REMEMBER IT AGAIN.”

Procedure in my shoulder today. I was prepared to sit and wait long time and be bored and yet was sort of scared a bit (I don’t like needles, they make me nervous, to say the least) and was doing breathing exercises. I share them in camera confidence quest in the classroom. They have helped me and many others to calm the f down when in need lol shameless plug Ok so… The anesthesiologist came in but he seemed nice. So I sparked a convo w him n asked him if he is happy. He said he doesn’t like working for someone else and is in process of doing his own thing that is more aligned. And I was like oh ye? Tell me more, that’s my specialty lol And then he told me about his new business where he will have a van that will transport patients from hospital to their homes after procedures. I thought that was a very good idea cuz ya knwo we are sedated and can’t drive and most of the time someone else has to pick us up or uber. I said that for that, it would be better to partner w hospitals and have them have it as an extra rather than him have to sell directly to customers… I’d pay extra if the hospital offers me that! Wouldn’t you?? But I wouldn’t if it’s some Joe Shmo offering…. Or uber… And then I told him that once established, this can be easily scaled (w more vans & workforce) and also expand it to wheelchair patients as they are also government funded, not only insurance…. The best part is that he doesn’t have to sell or have the people pay him…. Insurance & government will. He got so fckn lit up that made my heart smile. Then I passed out. When everything was over, as I was living the surgical center, he came and was so excited and happy and said: “ hey Rositsa! Thank you… you set a fire under me and gave me so many ideas and direction and excitement!!! And!! You just laid out a full blown business plan for me! How can I repay you!?” - I said “you are welcome! Thank you for making the needle poking actually enjoyable for me, appreciated the convo…. Good luck w everything!” And I left. Good deed done ✅
