I just got my first two reservations booked after like 20min of work
During the Q&A, Fuad taught us step-by-step how to get reservations and put them onto AppointmentTrader so other people can buy them. I did what he said to get my first two reservations set. Took me like 20 minutes to do. Apparently Carbone is one of the highest restaurants in Miami. I bid them for like $75 each which will be $50 profit each after AT's cut. So the 20 minutes I spent doing reservations should have $100 total value. Or like $150/hour. Granted, there's a "Expected Value" component too, which takes in the chance that someone actually wants to buy and have dinner at those reservations once the date approaches. Like let's say 50% of reservations are purchased by someone, then the actual value is about $50 for 20 minutes of work. You could play around with these, like a Friday night at Omakase has a 99% chance of being bought. But a Tuesday morning reservation at McDonalds has a 0% chance of being bought so the value of the reservation is essentially worthless. It'd be cool to see more numbers and stats on this. You can use these numbers to calculate expected value of assets of reservations. Anyways, I'll post back here once someone buys either of these. Should find out around January 15th if it sells for $50 to $100.
