BREAKING FEAR 🌊 Morning Oil Recap
🌊 PART 2: BREAKING FEAR — WHEN IT HITS MID-MOVEMENT Today we continued our conversation on fear, building on the story of Esther and adding a powerful New Testament perspective through Peter in Matthew 14:22–33. 📖 The Revelation Esther showed us how to move despite fear before stepping into purpose. Peter shows us what happens when fear shows up while you’re already moving. He stepped out of the boat in obedience. He was walking in the impossible. But the moment he shifted his focus from Jesus to the wind—fear entered. And he began to sink.😩😩😩😩😩 🔑 What we learned - Fear doesn’t only come before obedience—it comes during it - You can be in God’s will and still feel fear - What you focus on determines whether you stand or sink - Fear is not failure—it’s an invitation to refocus - Jesus doesn’t shame you—He reaches for you 🔥 The Deeper Truth Fear isn’t just a feeling—it has roots and byproducts. Fear produces: - hesitation - delay - anxiety - confusion - self-doubt - spiritual paralysis And if unchecked, it will try to interrupt your obedience mid-step. 🙏 Todays prayer points: - We cast out the spirit of fear - We broke agreement with fear - We prayed for deliverance from the root of fear - We renounced every byproduct of fear - We asked God to refocus us when fear hits mid-movement - We prayed for boldness to keep moving Pray these today! ✨ Declare these today! “I will not let fear interrupt my obedience.”“I will not sink under what God called me to walk on.”“I fix my eyes on Jesus, not the wind.” 💥 Final Takeaway Fear will try to meet you in the middle of your step—but it does not have the authority to stop your assignment. You’re not sinking—you’re being taught to refocus.

📖 Morning Oil Recap: Esther and Overcoming Fear
We focused on the story of Esther as a powerful example of overcoming fear when stepping into a life-threatening assignment. Esther was a young Jewish woman who became queen in Persia. When a decree was issued to destroy her people, she was positioned to speak to the king—but there was a real risk: approaching him uninvited could cost her life. She wrestled with: - Fear of death - Fear of rejection - Fear of stepping out - Fear of losing everything At first, she hesitated because the risk was real. But her perspective shifted when purpose was revealed: “For such a time as this” (Esther 4:14) Instead of reacting in panic, she chose: - Prayer - Fasting - Spiritual alignment Then she moved forward in courage: “If I perish, I perish” (Esther 4:16) 🔑 Key lessons from Esther - Fear often shows up where purpose is present - Purpose gives courage more weight than fear - Prayer and fasting strengthen boldness - Obedience matters more than comfort - Courage is moving forward even when risk is real 🙏 Prayer Points / Affirmations - I break agreement with fear and intimidation - I renounce every voice that contradicts God’s truth over my life - I receive boldness to obey God even when I feel afraid - I declare peace, clarity, and courage over my mind and decisions ✨ Declare “I will not let fear silence what God has positioned me to do.” We are lifting up @Latoya Boyd @Jennifer Beauvais @Ingrid Michel @Carmen Perez @Erica McAllister from every request regarding fear. Lets all intercede for one another in Jesus name!
