I have a conflicted relationship with Myers-Briggs (MBTI). Personality psychologists have criticized the MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) and the Enneagram for lacking solid evidence of validity and reliability. - Personality Assessments: Separating Science from Nonsense, Psychology Today, November 2022. Among comforting pseudoscience, the MBTI is king. Research shows that its psychometric qualities do not support its usefulness in organizational decisions.
