Unfortunately (or maybe, fortunately) I can't get the Chrome AI update because I'm on an older MacBook Pro and my operating system isn't able to update to the MacOS version needed for the newer Chrome version.
@Dominus Markham, nope, not gonna happen. It's a hard stop with my macOS version/year combo. My MacBook is a late 2014 model, so the OS is capped at Big Sur...can't go higher than that. Chrome's new AI version only works on macOS versions after Big Sur. So I'm stuck, unless I get a new MacBook, which I'm not gonna do because, other than those OS limitations, it works great and still has 24 GB of storage.
