Do I really have to pay for 15 users at once to use the Portals feature?
I'm looking to create a portal log in for one client, can I not just pay for one? Cheers!

Yes — unfortunately, as of now, Airtable's Portals feature is only available on the Enterprise Scale plan, which typically starts at 15 paid users minimum. Even if you're a solo builder or small team, Airtable currently does not offer the Portals feature on Free, Team, or Business plans. So yes, you’d need to subscribe to an Enterprise plan that includes at least 15 users, and pricing is customized (usually via a sales call). 🔍 Alternative workaround (for smaller teams): - Use Interface Designer (available on lower tiers) to build limited portals. - Or consider third-party tools like Stacker, Softr, or Glide, which allow you to create user-specific portals powered by Airtable data — without needing Enterprise.

How long have you used airtable?
I've been using airtable for around 3 years now. I was in a certification program and she showed us how she uses it with her team and my brain felt like it exploded. It did everything I wanted my chaotic google sheets to do LOL NOW? I went through that insane certification process and I'm ready to make my interfaces do more and more. I'm looking forward to gleaming info from all of you here. Don't forget, just because something you do with airtable is a no-brainer, doesn't mean everyone has learned it yet.
