Hello brothers, I'm not much of a writer but here goes. Last week I joined this community because I resonate with Pauls no BS view on reality and wish to develop some of the qualities that he talks about. I'm grateful that Paul decided to create something like this and hopefully we can all grow together, share experiences and find some meaning and purpose in this thing called life. Fitness wise I'm out of shape and Paul was kind enough to offer his guidance and support. Since Thursday I have been working out to become more fit and athletic. Paul gave me a simple and basic routine to do and to keep accountable I'm gonna start posting the numbers here. The routine is pushups, chinups, squats and situps done as a circuit 3 times with around 45s rest between exercises and 3m rest between sets. This is alternated with some running or biking. I also took the liberty to include swimming as an option. The numbers: 09.01.2025 1 set: 25 pushups, 4 chin-ups, 25 squats, 25 situps 2 set: 20 pushups, 3 chin-ups, 25 squats, 20 situps 3 set: 12 pushupus, 3 chin-ups, 25 squats, 15 situps 10.01.2025 The plan was to go running after work but a severe snowstorm hit and blew that plan away. Instead I did a 25m shadow boxing workout at home that I found online. It got my heart rate up and sweat going so it was better then nothing. 11.01.2025 1 set: 28 pushups, 5 chin-ups, 25 squats, 25 situps 2 set: 21 pushups, 3 chin-ups, 25 squats, 20 situps 3 set: 15 pushupus, 3 chin-ups, 25 squats, 15 situps 12.01.2025 Went running. It was more difficult then I anticipated. Haven't done running for years and was panting fairly quickly. Did a 20m run with quite slow pace. Plan to increase it as the body keeps adapting to the strain. 13.012025 1 set: 26 pushups, 4 chin-ups, 25 squats, 25 situps 2 set: 22 pushups, 3 chin-ups, 25 squats, 20 situps 3 set: 18 pushupus, 3 chin-ups, 25 squats, 18 situps Overall body is tired and sore. Next two days will be rest and recovery and then I'll continue pushing 💪.

Numbers week 2: 16.01.2025 1 set: 27 pushups, 4 chin-ups, 25 squats, 17 situps 2 set: 22 pushups, 3 chin-ups, 25 squats, 12 situps 3 set: 15 pushupus, 3 chin-ups, 25 squats, 12 situps 17.01.2025 Running for 25 minutes. 18.01.2025 1 set: 28 pushups, 4 chin-ups, 25 squats, 18 situps 2 set: 22 pushups, 3 chin-ups, 25 squats, 12 situps 3 set: 18 pushupus, 3 chin-ups, 25 squats, 12 situps 19.01.2025 30 minutes riding bike followed with 30 minutes swimming. 20.01.2025 1 set: 29 pushups, 4 chin-ups, 25 squats, 18 situps 2 set: 23 pushups, 3 chin-ups, 25 squats, 12 situps 3 set: 18 pushupus, 3 chin-ups, 25 squats, 12 situps Numbers haven't improved much. Situps are lower because I found another park closer to my home where I can do them with greater range of motion. However overall stamina and recovery times have improved and I'm less wiped out after the workouts. Now 2 days rest and then continue pushing.

WHAT ARE YOU DOING DIFFERENTLY?
As men, we should be working to be and become the absolute best we can for those we are blessed to serve. What are your daily non-negotiables that require discipline? Where have you fallen short? What are you doing differently to eliminate those short falls?

My main non-negotiable is prayer and meditation. God comes first, otherwise life loses all meaning. I have fallen short on training and I got really lazy when the lockdowns and "pandemic" hit the world. Now I'm following PC-s routine and trying to get back into the groove.
UNANSERED PRAYERS...
When I was a young man, I would pray and ask God for certain favors. Like most people, I used prayer as a celestial wishing well and generally asked for very specific outcomes. More often than not, I'd get the result I desired and immediately forget about God. As I got older, the complexity and seriousness of my prayers intensified. More and more, I asked that my will be done, and protection be given to me throughout whatever dangerous, stupid idea I had taken up. Remarkably, I would come out the other side of danger, almost unscathed apart from the fear having to face the music. And still, I learned nothing. During the most trying time of my life, I was on the run from police and probation. Years of bad decisions had culminated in a hole that there was no talking my way out of. I was back in jail, facing 99 years in prison, again! All the letters, pleas and promises fell on deaf ears. Even I had come to the realization that I was lying...to everyone. At that moment, I stopped asking for what I wanted and asked for His will be manifested in my life. Immediately, things began to happen in my life that I did not want, AT ALL! Almost as quickly, I resorted back to asking for things I wanted in life. The seal was already broken. None of those prayers were answered and I would eventually turn my back on God and faith, altogether. I spent the next few years studying every other religion as if to make my God jealous. Because my prayers weren't answered to my liking, I went on a campaign to destroy the faith of any Christian I encountered. This would continue for over a decade. I gladly served the darkness in my actions, while doing the devil's work. I was rewarded for my service and my "success" blinded me to the truths that I was missing. I had turned my back on God for not giving me what I wanted. Little did I know the necessity of those denials. It wasn't until I was blessed with the vision to see what I had been given in place of what I so desperately begged Him for that I finally understood the power of "unanswered prayer."

Very inspiring. I have also studied different religions and spiritual paths. The conclusion that I reached is that all the legitimate ones have the same underlying message of peace and unity but on the surface they appear different because each teacher had to adopt the message to the people and culture around him.
GLADIATOR FARM ONLINE TRAINING PROGRAMS
I truly believe that mastery over the body is the beginning of learning discipline, as the very meaning is doing what needs to be done, rather than what's convenient. Most people fail to attain the body they desire because they're either doing what's comfortable, or nothing at all. With over 25 years as a gym owner/trainer/coach/professional athlete, I have worked with every type of client, for every possible goal, with great success. Regardless of the goal, my ulterior motive is to provide the best, fastest and safest training protocol to reach the summit, while educating my clients on how to continue their journey, once we've achieved our mission together. In 2025, we are going to expand our training online. The following descriptions and links will take you to the program that will match your training goals. Hello, quick questions about the AESTHETIC TRAINING program. Is access to a gym necessary or what equipment is needed? How long do the training sessions typically take?
