Being baptized is a ritual that shifts boundaries. It symbolizes dying to self and living a new life in Christ. It is not an isolated event. People are always incorporated into the community of believers by being baptized. That is why families were baptized together in the New Testament. But being baptized alone doesn't save you. Since the beginning of the year I’ve been reading the pocket bible. Devotional for men. It’s a page for every day. Wanted to share Getting back in the race. Sometimes people forsake their faith. They just stop believing and fall back into their old way of living Or they are worse off than before. Paul referred to a few examples when he wrote to Timothy. Backsliding happens when people don't put their faith in Christ as the only Rock. They give up hope somewhere along the steep way. Stay close to the Lord. Walk close enough to Him so that you don't get lost when life gets tough. 1 Timothy 6:20-21 1 John 1:9 Jeremiah 8:5 Galatians 6:1 2 Timothy 2:16-18

Blessings brothers! My name is Raul I am a barber out here in Jax fl. I’m 36 years old. engaged at the moment step dad to 3 amazing girls and just became a father to my 1 month old daughter. I give all the glory to god all this wouldn’t have been possible. I’ve known abut god in my upbringing but never had a relationship with him till I gave my life to him 2 and half years ago. My main goal joining the man of god boot camp is to help me better submit to god. To become and to fulfill my purpose on this earth. To help and understand the word to where it flows naturally to be able to help spread the word and help create and build other great men. Become a better leader in my household my community my city and being able t break all generational curses from my family.
