You are not stuck because you think too much. You are stuck because your brain is trying to create certainty before action. But certainty never comes from thinking. It only comes from doing. Overthinking is usually just fear wearing a βplanningβ outfit. Your mind is trying to protect you from messing up, being judged, or wasting time. So it keeps you in analysis mode because that feels safer than action. The loop breaks in one simple shift: you stop trying to feel ready. Try this instead: Pick the smallest possible action, something almost too easy, and do it immediately. Not after you figure it out. Not after you feel clear. Right now. For example:If you are overthinking a decision, set a 10 minute timer and take the first step - however....whatever.If you are overthinking a message, write the worst version and send it.If you are overthinking a plan, write only step one. Clarity comes after movement, not before it. And one thing to remember: your goal is not to think less. Your goal is to trust action more than thought. Break the loop once, even in a tiny way, and your brain starts learning a new pattern. YOU GOT THIS!!!!π
