VAPIFY
Is anyone here using Vapify for their white label VAPI solution? :) What are your thoughts on it?

@Kirsty Robson-Davies We do not charge for any minutes. Any minute charges from your voice platform, you pay directly to them. We only charge a flat monthly fee for the dashboard.

@Kavish Shah I actually launched my own platform for agencies to use. https://youtube.com/@voiceconnect360
AI Receptionist
I finally got a customer for a AI receptionist. Only issue is my customer is established and does not want to change his number for all his marketing. Can I just forward his number to the receptionist? How does anyone else handle this?

@David Kuebler Yes, just forward the calls from their number to the agents number.
vapi - calendy
Hey everyone! 👋 I'm currently building a Vapi phone bot that answers customer calls for my service business. Everything is working well so far — but I want to take it one step further: 📲 When someone finishes a call with the bot, I want it to automatically send them a Calendly link via text message so they can schedule an appointment. I'm open to using Twilio for the SMS part (already exploring it), but I'd love to hear: - What’s the most effective way you’ve done this? - Are there any alternative tools that are easier, cheaper, or more flexible than Twilio? - Bonus: any examples of how to connect Vapi → SMS → Calendly that worked well? Appreciate any tips, lessons learned, or stack recommendations — especially if you've built something like this before! Thanks in advance 🙌

@Logan Cross.io A couple things... 1) You have to be careful sending auto texts. Here in the US, you have to make sure the caller has opted in to receive text messages from you. Twilio will require you toget A2P 10DLC approved before allowing texts to be sent out. 2) There are many tech options you have to accomplish this, however, until you get step 1 done, none of it will work. 3) Try a different calendar platform, as Calendly is somewhat limited when it comes to integration. Try Cal.com, as it is very robust for developing custom solutions.
want the chat support agent
I want the chat support agent to be the go to person for any of my agents to go to for certain things. - Medicare questions - HR Questions. (All employee information) - Customer service agent where it would work for our agents and clients.

What problem are you facing? You stated what you want, but did not state the issue that you are having. Can you give some detail?
Client Handoff
when you sell an inbound agent does the client use their existing number or would i buy a new one?

@Conner Quarles I find it a better practice to have a separate number for that agent, just in case your client decides not to use your services any more. You are not in the middle of number porting, or part of the cause of number disruption. It is real easy just to have their number forward the calls to the agents number.
