This was our premier event of Mindset and Paradigm shifts. This is a monthly event for the second week Monday of the month. Thank you @Aoife O Donovan and @Tom Peracchio joining in. @Aoife O Donovan started us off with a conversation about her pup having issues, and @Tom Peracchio chimed in with his story with his issues with his vet. @Aoife O Donovan had to leave early, and I hope everything is Okay in your world. Tom and I talked about how our experiences about having to deal with "That's how we've always done it" syndrome. One thing that came out of this conversation that I am going to bank on is that I am starting a Monday Morning tradition of starting us off with an uplifting song. I will link to my post later in the comment that obviously won't be a Monday Morning post since it's already afternoon. 😁

Call me weird, but Essential Oils are some of the best friends I have. They're agreeable, they're there when I call, and they rarely disappoint. I called my one friend Xanthoxylum last night when I couldn't sleep. And of course 'Zee' showed up and showed out!😂 She helped my muscles let go of stress I'd been carrying for a week and made sure any microbes I might have met yesterday stayed away uninvited. Love 'em💗 Just hopped on to share.🥰
