Hey guys! Just want to share small achievement from beginning of this week. Although im really focusing on learning proper L-sit and frog pose (still no success :/ ), i at least finally managed to do 15 chin-up reps in single set. Thats +5 in two weeks since i started to visit gym and adding some weights to the training :)
Such a busy week for me. Been super inactive, but still managed to get my reps in despite all the roadblocks I’ve ran into this week. Hope you guys are all having an amazing week
