yo guys, hope everyone's crushing it I've been dm setting in the space for the past 6-7 months and now looking to transition to closing anybody got any tips or maybe done that transiton himself? looking to connect with fellow reps so feel free to hit me up here or on ig, if you're on the same journey🤝
Tips: - Do mock calls and record them, focus on good discovery & objection handling - Apply to pipelines that have roles (win at sales, hardly selling, closers io etc.) and show them that you can close during the interview - Apply to other roles you find, and if they need a call recording use the mock call - If they still have doubts tell them to do a live mock with you as the interview - If you don't want to climb from setter -> closer probably have to find an offer doing $100k to $300k/month, anything bigger they'll want closing experience (but still apply to massive offers you never know)
what's up legends, been in sales for 2.5 years, most of that in high ticket/remote. $1.5M CC online but still a lot to improve on. Been through a couple coaching programs finally feel like I've found my style. If you're willing to meet once a week and role play specific parts of sales calls DM or comment.
