The list
Your list doesn't get shorter. It just gets rewritten. The gym plan you started and quietly stopped mentioning. The book on your nightstand with the bookmark that hasn't moved in a month. The conversation you keep meaning to have. The thing you told yourself you'd start "this week" — three weeks ago. You're not lazy. You're carrying more than most people know, and you're still showing up for the job, the family, the responsibilities that don't wait for you to catch your breath. But every unfinished thing sits there anyway. Quiet proof, in your own head, that you don't follow through. And that quiet proof is doing more damage than the actual to-do list ever could — because now you don't just doubt your time, you doubt your word. Here's the truth: you don't have a discipline problem. You have a promise-keeping problem, and it's fixable — but not by adding more to the list. It's fixed by picking one small thing, following through on it completely, and letting your brain collect the evidence that you're a man who does what he says. Then doing it again. That's it. That's the whole rebuild. Drop a comment: what's the one thing that's been sitting unfinished on your list the longest? No polished answer needed — honest beats impressive here. Let's do this.

Man this keeps happening still! Even after trying to really take charge. I find myself having days when I’m behind, and then I get back on top of it. Then I fall behind again. When does this ever get easy?!
Props where props is due!!
Ok my TST army! I got to give a shout out to somebody that deserves it. My boy Randy is doing the work. I’m 4 sessions in with this amazing Titan and he is doing great!! I’m so proud of this brother in arms. The Randy I knew 4 weeks ago is not the Randy I know now. He has done a complete 180. He has turned his life around and making himself the man who he wants to be. I’m so very proud of him and the steps he has taken. Randy you are making such good progress, keep the momentum going. You freaking rock my brother!!!! Let’s keep moving forward!🫵🏼🤘🏼👊🏼

This has been an amazing transformation of learning to trust myself, and making decisions based on just my happiness without any outside influences of what others think. I can’t even really express into words how freeing this has been mentally. The visualizations, the affirmations, and just learning about why I feel certain ways. Also, relearning how to just be simply happy. I really appreciate all the things you’ve shown me brother.
