One of the best ways to improve as a preacher is observing other's hermeneutics, delivery, and communication style. Please drop a link to your latest sermon in the comments

Hello bishop. Welcome to the group.
I’m praying for you this morning.
Father, Today we pray for every pastor and preacher in this community who will stand before people carrying the message You placed on their hearts. Give them clear minds, steady spirits, and deep confidence in the work You have already been doing through their preparation. Help them preach with conviction, humility, and love. Let their words be more than polished sermons or good presentations. Open the hearts of their congregations so they are not merely entertained or emotionally stirred, but moved toward repentance, courage, compassion, and faithful action. Let people leave ready to live out the teachings of Jesus in practical ways throughout the week. And most of all, Father, let these pastors feel Your pleasure today. Remind them that they are not performing for approval but partnering with You in bringing good news to weary people searching for hope, healing, peace, and purpose. Let them sense Your presence beside them in every conversation, every prayer, and every moment behind the pulpit. Strengthen them. Encourage them. And let Your Spirit do what no human words can accomplish.
