I Have a power washing biz in Md can I secure Blocs through this biz and use those blocs out of state to buy real estate? Will purchase real estate in a different LLC in the state I’m buying. Didn’t know if this causes red flags with the banks. Thanks.

"Streamline Applications" " No Financials required" "Credit score based approval" "Easy applications" "No financial statements required" Those keywords tell you thats its based on tier 1 credit usually means no docs, no bank statements, no tax returns, no P&L etc..

I have 2 questions. 1) every bank I’ve talked to says if you use lines of credit for real estate they will revoke it. How’s that? 2) I have 750+ on all 3 bureaus,20 utilization but only have 2 credit cards,car note,mortgage and small personal loan. Any way to get lines of credit with no income? my biz is 4 years old with LLC but it’s not real estate related. Any help from the pros please. These credit brokers say I can get BLOC no income verification but everyone I ask they want income except Truist but that’s only under $50k
