Hey, a customer is requesting compensation after a poster arriving slightly creased in the middle. They have sent me a picture and I don't see anything serious. Should I refund? She is my repeat customer.
Hey! just wanted to come on here and say hi π. I am completely new to starting this and honestly haven't a clue where to start. Please feel free to send any tips or point me in the correct direction :)
Biggest advice would be to be patient especially at the beginning where the effort and outcome doesn't seem to match, and try to create posters in a niche you genuinely do enjoy, it will make the process a whole lot simpler.
Just had my first sale from a repeat buyer, Super Happy about this π₯³.. I am hoping that this encourages anyone who is in the trenches of the first 2 months that it does get better!

New shop here. About 1 and a half months old and over 400 listings. Currently have 0 sales and I've tried using ads. Do I keep pumping the listings out ?
I would also say that you should try reducing the space around your poster for the mockup photo so that your artwork is a little more clear. Are you getting any favourites from your visits?
