Wow - What do you need to get done in May?
So were in a new month - the calendar is slowly ticking to us getting older, business moving forward (or backward), and etc! What do you need to get done in May?
🚨 LinkedIn CEO Interview Is LIVE (This One Will Change How You Think About Your Career)
Most people think working harder = staying ahead. That used to be true. Not anymore. When I was building my business, I thought if I just kept grinding… I’d win. More content. More output. More hours. But that’s not what’s separating people anymore. The real shift? AI. And if you ignore it, you don’t just fall behind, you become irrelevant. 🎙️ Just dropped: My interview with Ryan Roslansky (CEO of LinkedIn) This conversation is honestly a wake-up call. Here’s what hit the hardest 👇 → AI isn’t replacing jobs… It’s reshaping them in real time → Using AI ≠ being good at AI (big difference) → The people who win will master HUMAN skills + AI together → The traditional career ladder? It’s already breaking → Waiting to “figure it out later” is the biggest risk If you’re building a career, a business, or even just trying to stay competitive… You need to hear this. 🎧 Listen on Spotify 🎧 Listen on Apple 📺 Watch on YouTube Did this episode actually answer your biggest questions about AI and your career… or did it open up even more? 👇 Let me know below

Headed to a huge media meeting in midtown NYC yesterday - it went well from what I can tell! Sot that's ONE win!
What Would You Ask The CEO of LinkedIn ?
I'm on a plane to New York to interview the CEO of LinkedIn, Ryan Roslansky. While I fly, I'm using AI to build a custom "Research Brief Studio" app to prep for this interview. I've been iterating on it across my last three guests, and it is INCREDIBLE. I'm obsessed with building apps with AI. And honestly? Six months ago, I was sleeping on AI — just like so many of you still are. That's exactly why this conversation matters. Ryan just wrote a book called Open to Work about how AI is reshaping every aspect of our careers. Not someday. Right now. LinkedIn's own data shows 70% of the skills required for the average job could change by 2030. A few things from his book that stopped me in my tracks: Your job isn't your title anymore — it's a collection of tasks. Some of those tasks AI can already do better than you. The question is: what's left that only YOU can do? Ryan says AI won't just automate work — it'll reshape identity. People will define themselves by what they can uniquely do WITH AI, not by their job title. He identifies 5 human skills AI can never replicate: curiosity, courage, creativity, compassion, and communication. We've been calling these "soft skills" our entire careers. He says they're about to become survival skills. Ryan's bottom line: AI won't replace you. But someone using AI will. And every day you wait, the gap gets wider. I'm sitting on this plane right now, prepping questions for one of the most important interviews I've ever done. But I want to hear from YOU — what would you ask the CEO of LinkedIn about AI and the future of your career? Drop your question below, and I'll try to ask the best ones.

Is LinkedIn turning into a platform similar to Facebook? Before LinkedIn was really a great place for professionals to connect , but it seems now filled more and more with "noise" content that's less useful. Also an great increase of LinkedIn connection requests from those who simply want to sell you something, any advice on that?
Offer Calendar? Who has one?
Who has an offer calendar? Or is your content calendar the same, meaning it includes offers in it. I'm great at posting lots of social content and sending great information emails. And yes each asset often has a sales focused CTA. However, I'm not so great at a direct email with an offer to buy something! But every time I do send such an email I get sales... Duh. So who has an offer calendar to remind you to create emails and assets that directly sell your offers?
