Im a barber just open my shop a year ago so far I have all my chairs full the only thing is that not all the barbers are in the same page I’m having trouble with 2 of them they don’t have a good clientel they just go for and hour or two to work but they always complain that they don’t have clients

@Roxana Davila as my experience just start doing booth rent and maybe that way you can get a key to open and close the shop and don’t have to be waiting for someone else to do it
