art of ball handling program
Hi Coach, For the art of ball handling program , I have two questions about how to schedule them properly: Question 1 : Should I do one new drill per day (e.g., Day 1 = Foundational Sideline Warm-up, Day 2 = 60 Drill Weighted Basketball, Day 3 = Timing Drill... and so on until Day 14)? Or should I spend a whole week on just the foundational drills first, and then move on to the "60 Drill Weighted Basketball" in the second week, and so on? Question 2 (for the Advanced Ball Handling program): Should I start the "Advanced Ball Handling" drills only after I finish all 14 drills in furst section? And if so, should I do one advanced drill per day (e.g., Day 1 = Drill 0, Day 2 = Drill 1...) or should I dedicate a full week to each individual advanced drill before moving to the next one? I want to make sure I'm progressing the right way without rushing or slowing down my development. Thanks a lot, Coach!
