I represented my landlord clients today at LTB hearing. This was my first hearing in 20 years of being in real estate and helping many clients rent their properties. Judgement was in Landlords favour and tenants have been asked to pay on time each month plus payment plan with no option of hearing if they are even a day late in future.

For non payment of rent LTB hearing, how can I add text messages or return bank cheques on the LTB portal?
