Completed the first 10 days of waking up at 5 AM and this week was difficult. I slept late 2 days out of 5 (2AM late), almost slept through the alarm on Thursday 🥲 But today I woke up at 4.29 AM. 1 min before my alarm. They say that it takes 21 days to build a habit - we are half way there ❤️ Thanks for everyone who is joining the calls and holding each other accountable.
