Does anyone use Claude Code and Codex together on the same machine and codebase, with each independently reviewing and challenging the other’s work to catch mistakes and improve the final implementation? If so, any tips?

I understand Cursor + Claude 3.7 is the best set up. But with only 3 months of Python experience, VS Code and GitHub still overwhelm me. 👉Question: Could you suggest the exact skills or concepts I should learn first to confidently build and deploy projects using this setup? I have a $150 budget.
